Sylvia Rivera Sticker (two sizes)

A premium, high quality vinyl sticker of St. Sylvia Rivera as imagined by Moon Lauren. A veteran of the 1969 Stonewall Inn uprising, Sylvia Rivera was a tireless advocate for those silenced and disregarded by larger movements. She fought against the exclusion of transgender people, especially transgender people of color, from the larger movement for gay rights. She was a sex worker and once said about the work "the only alternative that we have to survive because the laws do not give us [transgender people] the right to go and get a job the way we feel comfortable," which is sadly still true today for many trans people.

Sticker will last 3-5 years indoors/outdoors.Laminate adds durability(scratch protection); as well as UV protection; which extends the life of the sticker (Average outdoor lifespan is about 4-5 years in all weather conditions). Stickers are water proof, weatherproof and can even be ran through your dishwasher (top rack air dry)!
